These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutrax mobile application ("App"), operated by Ekornsæter Solutions, Haugesund, Norway ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutrax. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Nutrax is a nutrition and fitness application that allows users to track food intake, calories, and macronutrients, scan food using artificial intelligence, and interact with other users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including images and posts. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated nutritional data is provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate.

7. Health Disclaimer

Nutrax does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

8. Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. (Haugesund, Norway)
